Before Marina Del Rey commanded the stunning waterfront views of the East River, before exquisite Italian cuisine like clams oreganata and eggplant rollatini captured the hearts and taste buds of discerning guests, before a team of legendary and dedicated staff gained a reputation as the best in the industry, there was a man named Sal.

Sal Randazzo, a beloved figure in the catering business, created a name for himself in the food business, for always creating the best. After running a successful Italian restaurant in Bronx, he and his mother, Anna, broke ground on the waterfront site that would become Marina Del Rey.
